Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Santa Clarita, CA facility. You will design, develop and test a wide range of electrical components, equipment and machinery.

By applying principles and techniques of electrical engineering you will accomplish your goals and contribute to our companies success. You will be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures. Your experience and judgment from a previous similar role will help you to plan and accomplish goals. Creativity in this role is key and will help you to resolve problems of diverse scope.


  • Determines design approaches and parameters based on input from customer or systems architect

  • Systematically determine root cause of failures or performance anomalies

  • Analyze complex circuits to establish operating data, as well as conduct experimental tests to validate findings

  • Selects components and equipment based on analysis of specifications and reliability.

  • May also review vendor capability to support product development

Your skills and experience: 

  • Bachelor Degree and 4 years' experience

  • Must have a good understanding of electronic product design, an all-around basic knowledge of electronics, and also possess some design/troubleshooting skills.

  • 1-2 years of experience with Mentor Graphics DxDesigner for schematic capture

  • Experience with Xpedition and Hyperlynx is also preferred

  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Tool Suite
