The Opportunity | Senior Inspector

Our facility in Dublin has an upcoming vacancy for a Senior Inspector. Under minimal supervision, performs a wide variety of inspections, checks and tests for quality control for the manufacturing of products. Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Responsible for accepting, rejecting and ordering rework of the item.

Major Accountabilities

  • Performs inspections, checks, testing and sampling procedures for product manufacturing processes

  • Carries out packaging line, manufacturing inspections, sampling and testing of incoming components and raw materials to ensure that company standards are met

  • Monitors critical equipment and instrumentation

  • Assists with drafting procedures and validate or troubleshoot testing methods, including assays

  • May apply approval or rejection labels to bulk raw materials once analytical data is evaluated


  • High school or equivalent is required

  • 4-6 years' experience inspecting electrical components

  • Experience inspecting metalwork is an asset 

This position may require exposure to information which is subject to US export control regulations such as the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must meet eligibility requirements of the ITAR and of Ireland.
