The Opportunity |SIOP Leader/Master Planner


The selected candidate will support the development of key processes and tools to help drive Materials and SIOP processes maturity and implementation in the site, ensuring enterprise level alignment between the financial plan, customer demand and the operations plans through the supply chain in effort to ensure strong operation performance. This position will require a highly adaptable leader, who can coordinate a cross-functional team at varying levels of the organization and balance conflicting requirements of customers and stakeholders.


 Your Challenge



  • Develop and deploy materials management strategy aligning with CW Materials and SIOP Strategy

  • Ownership of the development and implementation of the business' SIOP strategy and maturity models.

  • Lead the site SIOP process and monitor demand forecast accuracy and stability

  • Leading multi-level SIOP reviews, including at the senior leadership level

  • Spearhead the development of the capacity management process, including identification of capacity gaps to ensure successful execution of customer demands in support of SIOP

  • Collaborating with Finance, Sales, Materials Management, Purchasing and Operations to validate demand and ensure alignment with supply chain delivery


 Your Expertise



  • Bachelor's Degree along with experience in a purchasing / planning role

  • 5+ Years of Capacity planning experience

  • Experience in a Master planning role in a build to order manufacturing environment

  • Strong planning, leadership, analytical, communication, and follow-through skills are required.

  • Detail orientated, work well under pressure to produce results, and demonstrate self-starting ability

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills

  • Experience with SIOP and enterprise resource planning (ERP) system required

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
