Job Description


We are looking for an individual to join our Avionics and Electronics division on an Undergraduate Summer Placement. During your Summer placement, you will receive training from the industry top engineering professionals in one of Curtiss-Wright's key segments: Industrial, Defense, or Sensors & Controls. You will have the opportunity to work across multiple disciplines within the Engineering department, allowing valuable hands-on experience with the development processes that are implemented to succeed.


The Challenge



  • Work within the Flight Recorder integrated product team

  • Learn about fixed wing and rotary wing aircraft products.

  • Take part in environmental and electromagnetic testing of our new products.

  • Provide support in investigations of qualification test issues involving analogue and digital electronics.


Qualifications



  • Undertaking a suitable degree level qualification (BEng), preferably in Electronics.
