As a member of the Talent Management Center of Excellence, you will provide administrative support for Curtiss-Wright's Learning Management System (LMS) and coordination of our virtual and onsite training and development programs.

Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in the development, coordination and execution of all Leadership Development programs within Curtiss-Wright
  • Coordination of Leadership Development program schedules and nomination process
  • Create and conduct ongoing Surveys to evaluate Talent Management programs
  • Attend to basic day-to-day LMS troubleshooting (password resets, roster entry, etc.)
  • Aid in the resolution of support tickets related to the Performance Management System (Reflektive)
  • Coordinate talent assessment programs including 360 feedback and third party assessments
  • Conduct external research, benchmarking best practices and evaluations in the following areas: talent assessment & development, performance management, employee engagement, and talent retention

Education & Experience

  • Advanced English Language skills are required (B2 or B2+ Preferred): oral, written and comprehension
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree preferably in Human Resources or Business
  • Minimum 1 -- 2 years experience in an HR support role
  • Exposure working in a global environment is desired
