The Opportunity | Warehouse Operations Supervisor


This is a first-line supervisory position for Raw Material Stores and the Stock Room for Finished Goods. The responsibilities for the position include inventory control for raw material, finished goods and assembly kits in the stock room. Activities supervised include, but are not limited to the stocking and cycle counting of raw materials, finished goods and kits, and all stock room and receiving transactions into ORACLE ERP.


Your Challenge



  • Provide direction, supervision and staffing to the Raw Material Stores and Stock Room and Departments.

  • Direct and assist in both the Raw Material Stores and the Finished Goods Stock Room per QCI2200.

  • Insure timely transactions and accuracy on all inventory and kit receipts and issues.

  • Review cycle count abnormalities for cause and corrective action.

  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor.

  • As applicable, may conduct interviews, performance appraisal, delegation of tasks to qualified personnel, salary recommendations/promotions/recommendations for termination.


Your Expertise



  • A strong knowledge of the inventory control, shipping and receiving functions in a military manufacturing facility.

  • ORACLE ERP experience is desirable.

  • Proficient use of MS Office (Word, Excel)

  • Minimum five (5) years' experience in an Inventory Control position with at least two (2) years in a supervisory capacity.

  • APICS training / membership a plus.

  • College Degree preferred.

  • MS Office (Word and Excel at a minimum)
